Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks for a boost of energy when needed!

Your boat for the day is a 1990 Wellcraft 3300 Coastal with space for 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers, and all the essentials. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Michael will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.

Before coming aboard, it will be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
