Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks!
Your day begins aboard a 34' sportfishing boat with room for 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

On a day when many other boats skunked, Captain Todd’s experience and good grace with the fishing Gods paid off. My son was able to reel in 2 salmons, crossing a long time “want to carch” off his list. Captain Todd’s communication prior to the trip was outstanding, we were appraised of lake/stock conditions upto a day prior. Would absolutely book with Captain Todd again.
