When the bite is on out of Barnegat Inlet, you want to be on the right boat with the right crew.

eFISHnsea Sportfishing is built for anglers who take tuna fishing seriously. Captain Bill runs a purpose-rigged 28'6'' Southport center console - 500 horsepower, a 10'6'' beam for stability in offshore conditions, and a 30-knot cruise speed that gets you to the grounds faster than most boats in the fleet. Every minute counts on a tuna trip, and this boat and crew doesn't waste them.

The setup is dialed in end to end. A full Garmin electronics suite, Starlink high-speed internet offshore, premium Penn and Shimano gear, and Sterling and Jigging World tackle throughout. A first mate is on every tuna trip - Sean runs the cockpit on most offshore dates, and between him and Captain Bill, the teamwork shows. Past clients have consistently come home with 60–80 lb Yellowfin and Bluefin pushing well over 100 lbs depending on class of fish - including a 218 lb Bluefin landed right here on this boat. We catch when no one else does.

Trips run private. Up to 4 anglers, no strangers, no compromises. You're not splitting the cockpit with people you don't know or waiting your turn on gear. The boat is yours, the focus is yours, and the game plan is built around your group.

Inshore, midshore, and canyon trips available seasonally. Depending on time of year, you can also target Yellowfin, Bigeye, Mahi, Swordfish, Black Sea Bass, Fluke, or Striped Bass.

Bring sunglasses, sunscreen (no spray), water, snacks, and a hat. Light layers for early departures. Alcohol welcome in moderation — no glass, no hard liquor. Pack light and let us handle everything else.

If you want a premium private tuna experience out of Barnegat Inlet, this is it.

What a amazing experience
Inshore Tuna (25 Mile Range) on June 14, 20264 adults

Me and my buddies have wanted to do a tuna charter for the longest time. Captain bill made that dream a reality. From the second that we booked it captain bill was engaged and constantly giving updates for the conditions that we were going to have and the fishing reports. Going into today he told that it was going to be a tough fishing day with the wind picking up and not seeing a large amount of fish, with that being said he didn’t let the reports stop him. All day he was giving it his all to get us that fish. We dint succeed this time but when I book it again I know that we are going to get revenge.

EfishNSea - Day of Inshore fishing
Inshore Captain's Choice on July 27, 2026

Captain Bill made this experience seamless. He got us on the fish right away and kept us on them all day. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and he made us feel right at home on the boat. Captain Bill patiently answered all of the boys' questions and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend booking this charter if you're looking to have a great time and catch plenty of fish. Thank Captian!

Amazing first time offshore fishing trip
Midshore Tuna (65 Mile Range) on September 27, 20253 adults

Captian Bill and his first mate Shawn took us out for an amazing first offshore fishing trip. We went out for the 12 hour offshore trip targeting yellowfin tuna. We were a little nervous heading out for the first time but they made sure we were comfortable, informed of all best procedures and enjoying ourselves for the entire 12 hour trip. Not the least of the great experiences was that Bill and Shawns location targeting and baiting skills had us catch and bring home tuna on a day where if the radio chatter was to be believed was not an easy feat! We highly recommend them. We had a great time, learned a ton and brought home some fish!

Where do I begin? From rolling with a weather reschedule to absolutely crushing their first tunas! Nothing better than spreading the tuna fishing passion one bite at a time! Thank you!

As a kid, both of my grandfathers fished. They both would take me fishing every chance we got. My one grandfather had a house in Beach Haven West where we would crab and bluefish everytime we visited. My other grandfather had his boat in Raritan Bay and fluke fished there until he was 92 years old. When he passed my father and I took over his boat and continued fluking as well as Black Seabass. The first time I went offshore on a friends boat, I was hooked. From that point forward, it was all about tuna fishing for me. The boats got bigger. The trips got longer, and the fish kept coming. I love to teach, I love to explain, I love giving people an experience that they won't forget!
