Let It Fly charters invites you for a memorable day of good fishing on the waters of Barnegat Light with a skilled guide and an outdoor enthusiast! Captain Jeff Davis has spent over 4 decades exploring the area's fishing grounds and he's an expert in finding a great catch.
The captain's 25' sport cabin, powered with twin, brand new 115 HP Yamaha engines is a fast and reliable ride to the best bite. The stern cockpit is very spacious and up to 4 anglers can fish comfortably. The vessel is well-suited for different types of fishing, and has all the necessary gear for a productive day of fishing.
Capt. Jeff also makes his own custom rods and reels, and you're free to give them a go while you're on board. Fly fishing equipment is available for one person and only on request. Your guide will also provide live bait and an assortment of lures for the trip. He'll clean the catch for your convenience when you come back to land, so that you can enjoy it as soon as you come home.
You can book an expedition with Capt. Jeff from May to late December, and depending on the time you decide to go, you'll target different species. Summer is usually reserved for Bluefish, Flounder, and Black Seabass, and the Striped Bass bite kicks off in the fall.
Capt. Jeff loves teaching kids about nature and how to fish, so you're welcome to bring your children, as long as they're older than 7. You'll have life jackets on board, as well as drinks, so just bring some snacks and sunscreen.

Captain Jeff and crewman Alan were great! Put us on the striper bite, limited out and then had fun targeting fluke. Very patient and helpful with our party’s first timer (who became a catcher!) and accommodating to another who was green-around-the-gills from the get-go! Highly recommend chartering Let it Fly!!
Jeff was great. He was awesome with our group as we ranged to novice to experienced fisherman and fisherwomen. We will book him again next year.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
