Make an adventure out of your next trip in Cornwall and go fishing with True Blue Charters. Your guide for the day is Captain Steve, which means you’ll tap into years of knowledge and experience.
Bluefin Tuna, and more can be found in these waters if you cast your line at the right time of year. You can expect to do some trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
The captain has a strict catch-and-release policy, so any fish you catch will go back in the water.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. You’re welcome to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Capt. Steve operates a 41’ Rodman 1250 sportfishing vessel with capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. It’s customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
A few items to bring include sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now’s the time to experience fishing in Cornwall for yourself, with True Blue Charters!
