Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!

You’ll find yourself aboard a 24’ Skeeter boat with space for 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide all the required gear.

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online through Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries, or you can ask the captain.

Don’t leave home without sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and a hat. Bottled water is provided, but you’re welcome to bring other drinks. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
