Providing Fishing and Spearfishing to the Manasquan River area.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefish, Flounder, Striped Bass, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Bluefin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Little Tunny (False Albacore), Tautog, Blacktip Shark, and whatever else takes the bait. On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.
You'll be casting lines from a 24' Defiance pilothouse that can carry up to 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Chris will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures.
There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water.

We had a great time with Chris. Fishing conditions were not ideal (very low tide). But we still caught a bunch of fluke thanks to Chris' expertise. His boat was great and very clean, and he was great with my 7 year old son. Highly recommend.
we had a fun time calm ocean and we found some fun fish. great time happy fathers day.
We went half day striper fishing and cleaned up. We caught about 30 stripers in total and limited out are keepers. Captain Chris was full of knowledge and knows the waters like the back of his hand. He loved watching my 2 young kids (4 and 6 years old) reel in their stripers on their own. Besides catching fishing we saw huge blue fin tuna feeding right off the beach and a hump back whale come in real close to feed on the bunker. Definitely one of the coolest trips we’ve been on!
We went out on an early morning fluke trip. Even though we didn't catch anything, the captain was very proactive with trying to help us and we even tried other strategies as well. We did notice that on all the boats around us. No one else seem to be actually catching anything either and we did have a great morning out on the water. Captain was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
We had an excellent trip in the river yesterday! Captain Chris got us onto striped bass pretty quickly. He mixed it up too. we enjoyed a little boat ride to the inlet and got onto some black fish. Beautiful day to be out and never a dull moment. Can't wait to fish with him next time we're in town!
started off seeing two bald eagles. it was a great day
I have been on several charters in the past and this one was the best by far! The crew was knowledgeable and professional, the boat and all equipment were clean and in great shape and the fish were biting like crazy! We'll be back!!!
