Peacock Bass Adventures with Joseph 

Ready to go fishing in Miami ? That's what Peacock Bass Adventures is here for. He's been fishing since he was a kid, and has a lot of great stops to show you.

You won't have to travel far to fish these inshore waters, including some honeyholes that only a local guide can show you.

Joseph specializes in light tackle fishing, which is what you'll be doing on the day of your trip, and he will show you what rigs to use in the different waters you would be fishing in, and also a small class on How to tie knots . Joseph will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. But to be guaranteed a fish you must buy live bait .

These waters are known for Peacock Bass, Largemouth Bass, Tarpon, Snakehead, Clown Knife Fish, Alligator Gar, and more – with any luck, it won't be long before 'Fish on!'

You're welcome to bring up to 4 anglers on this guided experience. You'll make your way to the fishing grounds on foot, so be sure to dress for current weather conditions and bring only as much as you can carry.

Expect to get in touch with Joseph before the trip so you know where to meet and how to get there.

Everyone in your group should buy a local fishing license ahead of time. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. Plan to dress in layers and appropriate footwear (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). It's never a bad idea to bring sunblock, sunglasses, and bottled water, rain or shine.

Children are welcome to come along. 10 years of age and older.
