These waters are known for Bonefish, Mahi Mahi, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Ladyfish, Permit, Mullet Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Snook, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. On these trips, you can expect to bottom fish using light tackle. Capt. Javier also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
The captain has a strict catch-and-release policy, so any fish you catch will go back in the water.
Your vessel for the day is a 12' Hobie Outback Kayaks that can accomodate up to 4 anglers. They come with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Had an amazing morning session with Javier which included pick up from my hotel that made the whole process so much smoother and enjoyable. Had a successful session with multiple yellowtail snapper and blue runner. A bonus TARPON at the end put the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend this trip over deep sea fishing if you experience sea sickness and prefer a catch and release and what i’d say more exciting fishing as someone who has also caught a blue marlin out at sea this same holiday. The kayaks are well equipped which makes the fishing so much easier and beginner friendly but also exciting for the more experienced fisherman. Would be a great activity for the family or a few friends looking to catch some exciting fish of all species.

thanks Charlie was a pleasure share the fishing day.
This was my wifes first time in a kayak, my first time fishing in one and being on the ocean on one. We had a wonderful time, caught fish, and had great service. The captian was polite, showed enthusiasm, and and made great suggestions. 10 out of 10, highly recommend! If i make it back to Punta Cana or Cap Cana, i will be doing this again.

Thanks somuch Jesse. It was a pleasure to share a day of fishing with you.
I had a blast with Javier! it was my first time kayak fishing, which is an experiene in itself. I really wanted to hunt for Tarpon and Javier got me on them after we fished the reef for a while. Didnt land a Tarpon, but hooked into one, which was one of the coolest fishing experiences I have had. I cannot wait to go back!

Thanks Brandam was a pleasure. See You soon
Nice tackle and good kayaks, everything fine. Unfortunately no fish for me but thats fishing. Javier knows what hes doing.

Thanks Cristofer was a pleasure share with you.
We had a good afternoon on the ocean. Guide and equipment was really good.
