If you plan on fishing in Cape Coral, look no further than Nauti Roddy Charters. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Jim is prepared to put you on fish.

These waters are known for Snook, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Tarpon, Cobia, Sheepshead, Gag Grouper, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Ladyfish, Mangrove Snapper, sharks and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself! Depending on the species, we usually start with medium tackle and move to heavier tackle for Sharks, Tarpon or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Capt. Jim welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, less Xbox and more tackle box! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own.

You'll be dropping lines from a 25' Sportsman 247 Masters center console that can fish up to 4 passengers comfortably. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without: Jack plate, dual power poles, double 12" Simrad screens with advanced mapping software and Minn Kota trolling motor.

Capt. Jim will supply rods, reels, live bait and needed lures for you. The boat has 65 quart cooler with ice and water. Don't forget to bring snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized! Some essentials to bring are sunblock (non-spray), polarized sunglasses.  Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid glass bottles.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
