If you're ready to try fishing in Fort Morgan, look no further than Whistlin Waters Guided Fishing. With Captain Scott Kennedy at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Flounder, Blacktip Shark, Black Drum, Spotted Seatrout, and plenty more. For these species, you're likely to cast and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
You'll step aboard a 24' Skeeter SX240 bay boat with room for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is available.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be bottled water on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own drinks. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Great Afternoon Trip
We took the 4 hour afternoon inshore/nearshore trip. Three adults and one 10 year old. Captain Scott was great. The boat was in good condition. It has a new trolling motor that keeps the boat from drifting. After a 20 minute ride, we were reeling in red snapper just as fast as he could bait our hooks. We caught our limit (plus a bonus mangrove snapper) and headed over to catch a few Spanish mackerel. We will definitely be calling Captain Scott the next time we are in Fort Morgan.

Unforgettable Charter Experience
We had the best day on the water with two adults and 3 kids age ranging from 12-13! From the moment we arrived, everything was organized and welcoming. The boat was fully equipped, and he knew exactly where to go to find the fish. Scott was not only skilled but also super friendly and patient. Best Boat fishing/Tour
Scott is fantastic, a Gulf Shores native he has been fishing the Gulf of America and Mobile Bay his entire life as such you get the added bonus of local knowledge and stories and secret fishing holes. As for fish... We quite literally filled the boat, well we would have if we kept them, practicing catch and release, we only took four of the largest. They were THIS BIG !!!........... Honestly Scott and Whistling Waters provides a friendly professional guide service that is second to none. We highly recommend them.

4 Hour Trip – Inshore/Nearshore
Amazing day fishing
We had an amazing day fishing. Captain Scott was awesome we had 2 kids under 10 and he was extremely patient and helpful with them. We ended the day with 10 keeper red snapper(caught upwards of 20/25) and went over and let little ones catch spade fish. It was an awesome experience we will definitely be booking again
