Species like Great Barracuda, Grunt, Goliath Grouper, Mangrove Snapper, Bluefish, Lane Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Black Grouper, Rainbow Runner, Red Grouper, Yellowtail Snapper, and more can be found in these waters if conditions are right. During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Trips with Manic Sportfishing are fun for all ages, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are also a good idea to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Capt. Gregory welcomes you aboard a 26' Edgewater center console with capacity for 5 passengers. It has outriggers, all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
It's recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Had a blast with the family fish weren’t biting a whole lot but still definitely was able to catch and bring some trout and snapper in. Captain Jim was great. Showed us how to get everything done the right way made it a great time. Eventually we brought in a bull shark, which was the highlight and made the whole thing worth it. 10 out of 10 overall would recommend to everybody. Thank you for the great trip.
