BAM Adventures LLC – 27'
There's a fish with your name on it in Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach and Dewey Devil will help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these waters, Captain Andy can tell you all about the local fishery.
The fish in these waters include Bluefish, Cobia, Flounder, Black Seabass, Sheepshead, Triggerfish, Tautog, Croaker and more with any luck. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families spending a day of on water experiences will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
Your boat for the day is a 27' Judge 27 center console with capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Capt. Andy will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Fun experience
This was a fun experience! The captain made sure our 8 year old daughter was captivated and enjoyed the trip. He also didn’t mind answering her repetitive question, “how deep is it here?” :) We were excited to catch the spot fish, croaker, and even a flounder at the end. He also didn’t mind stopping at one of the islands so we could get off and explore where we saw hundreds of fiddler crabs. Overall, we had a great afternoon.

Fun fishing charter!
I signed up for a half-day fishing charter with Captain Andy, taking my 13 yo who is passionate about fishing, and my 11 yo who doesn't really fish. Captain Andy was great. He is knowledgeable, professional and great with kids. He took us to a variety of spots, and even had my daughter (the 11yo) fishing and laughing at his jokes. I felt like we were in very good hands and he was great about giving my son advice/tips. Highly recommend.
