Zephyr Cove has a fish with your name on it, so let Fishing In Tahoe help you catch it! With Captain Andrew at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Lake Trout, Sockeye Salmon, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Cutthroat Trout, and whatever else is biting. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light tackle.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your day begins aboard a 33' ACI aluminum fishing boat with capacity for 12 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.

I want to take this moment to say Thank you very much to captain Andrew on behalf of my self and the other 7 members that were on board. We had an amazing experience. Even tho it was a bit chilly outside you sure knew how to keep us entertained. This was a first time experience for most of us on board and it will most definitely not be our last. The 34inch 20lb Lake trout I cought will definitely be a highlight in my fishing career for years to come. 💯 Percent a memorable experience with the boys that we won't forget. See you soon Captain Andrew. Thanks again.
Thank you Juan, I am so glad to hear you had a great experience. Congratulations on that beautiful fish. We hope to see you out on the Professor one day soon.

Captain Andrew was knowledgeable and helpful. We caught two “Sam-chovies” as Andrew called them and one 31” redtail! Gorgeous fish! Captain also knew where we could take our catch to to have it prepared to eat. This was one heck of a boys trip, exactly what my family was looking for. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
I usually dont write reviews, That said, Captain Andrew showed my two sons (6yrs & 9yrs old), friends & I such a great time! It might have been cold enough to make us wish we were anywhere else but on the lake, but watching the blast my boys had for their first time out fishing on a boat was amazing! Captain Andrew is very attentive and informative, JoJo (his fish hound) kept the captain on the fish and made sure to show everyone some love! If you are looking for a charter look no further, you found the boat and the Captain that will make sure you, your friends & family have a time to remember & cherish! Thank you to both Captain Andrews! We smoked some of the fillets and they were outstanding! We will definitely be in contact for another trip out, definitely during a warmer season next time around! LOL

We had the best time ever with my family on his trip. Andrew the captain was the best. Showed us how to fish the lake and we caught 29 fish. We will do this again next time we are in Tahoe .

Caught large, lake trout! Captain was fantastic and the boat was great!
Thank you for this review. We look forward to getting you out again one day soon.
