If you're ready to experience fishing in Merritt Island, book a trip with All Day Adventures. Captain Damon will be your guide, offering years of angling experience.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Spotted Seatrout, Redfish, Snook, Tripletail, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Pompano, Flounder, Cobia, Black Drum, Blacktip Shark, and anything else that bites. For these species, you're likely to use light tackle.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea!
Capt. Damon runs a 23' Mako center console that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Bottled water is included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now and then the fish might get away, but a day on the water never should. So make it happen, with All Day Adventures!

Great trip with Capt. Damon

My son, his fiance and I are from New Jersey. We were targeting tarpon on this trip. We had a 1/2 day (4 hour) morning trip. Even though the fishing conditions weren’t optimal, Capt Damon gave us the best opportunity to catch.
Here’s a review of our day. The Captain was ready to leave the dock as soon as we arrived. We were on our way before 8am. All the poles were rigged and ready to go. The Captain had a variety of live and cut baits ready to go. We didn’t spend any time “fishing” for bait.
The Captain was very knowledgeable and had a number of mangrove and open water spots we targeted.
As mentioned being from Jersey we wanted big fish. To the Captains credit he listened. I’ve been on charters where the captains first priority is to catch fish - I’m interested in trophy’s.
A great time today, hope to fish with Capt Damon again!!

My sister and I went out on the 4 hour river trip. We tend to get motion sick so chose this trip in hopes the water wouldnt be as choppy. We had great calm water and caught 6 different spiecies of fish. We finished our day having an incredible dinner with our fresh caught fish at Rusty. Damon was a great captain and if we are ever back in the area we will definitely rebook with him.

Amazing Trip

This was an awesome and one of a kind experiences. It was the first boat fishing trip i took my kids on and my father-in law on. The ride to the fishing spot was great with the Captain narrorating the history and pointing out many dolphins, rays and wildlife. At the spot we caught a shark right off and then filled a cooler with various fish. It made for an amazing family dinner. The attention to every member of the family and mentorship on casting and setting hooks was excellent. Highly recommend this trip for families.

If I could give this review more than a 5, I would. This was hands-down one of the most amazing experiences we've ever had. From the moment we stepped on the boat our Captain made us feel completely ready for an unforgettable day.
He was absolutely incredible-constantly helping, always ready to bait out hooks, untangle lines, having new poles ready and making sure everything ran smoothly.
He was so patient, kind, and truly went out of his way to make sure everyone had a good time. Watching how he interacted with us all, I watched my son light up out there a day that was everything to us.
I didn't even have to get my hands dirty- he took care of everything. Truly worth every single penny. We will 💯 be booking with him again- wouldn't even consider anyone else.

Great River Day

Had a great day on the river with Captain Damon chasing trout, reds, and black drum.
As it happens, the fish don’t always agree, but that didn’t stop the captain from throwing everything he could to get us on fish.
Bonus was some great sites along the way, beautiful mangroves in various wildlife.
It was our first time fishing in this area. It would definitely come back to fish with the Capt. again!
