Depending on conditions, you might hook into Snook, Permit, Whiting, Bluefish (Tailor), Blacktip Shark, Tarpon, Pompano, Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Black Drum, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, and who knows what else! On the day of your trip you're likely to jig using light tackle. Capt. Jason also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Children are welcome, so get 'em offline and onto the water! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Your trip begins aboard a 17' Pathfinder flats boat with capacity for 2 passengers. It has all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and a hat. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Jason was very knowledagble and courteous, supplying everything we needed to have the best fishing experience my son and I have ever had! We caught 20-30 fish with several above keeping size! Pin, 2 types of puffer, stingray, snapper, jack, bluefish, sheephead, and ladyfish!

My son and I took a half day trip with Capt. Jason and had the best time. He poled us right up into casting range of the fish and was very helpful with giving us pointers on proper casting techniques and showing us how to spot the fish moving around the grass flats. Highly recommend getting out for a trip with him.
We did the half day in shore trip with Jason. We had a good time and caught a variety of fish.

My wife and I had a great time fishing with Captain Jason. We jigged for pompano on light tackle. Jason taught us a lot about the fishery and cleaned our catch at the end of the trip. Looking forward to our next charter with him.
