Like most who develop a strong passion for the outdoors, Capt. Dan began fishing in neighborhood ponds with his father sometime around his 5th birthday. It quickly became an obsession and, as a pre-teen, he could be seen riding his bike one-handed, with a tackle box in the other and a rod strapped to the frame, miles from home on a mission to catch a bass from a far away pond he'd been fantasizing about for ages. By 13, he'd mastered his first baitcast reel and graduated to chasing striped bass on artificial lures with his father on the Upper Chesapeake.

In the 30 years to come Dan hunted and fished recreationally and competitively in nearly every state on the East Coast, from New Jersey to Florida. He honed his skills in targeting trophy-caliber specimens of virtually every available gamefish species - Striped Bass, Red Drum, Trout, Cobia, Tarpon, Permit, Tuna, Billfish and the list goes on. Since April 2020, he's resided in Southwest Florida and has explored just about every nook and cranny from Sarasota to Sanibel Island. Dan prides himself on ethics and etiquette in his practices, and is a strong proponent of habitat preservation, wildlife conservation and good stewardship.

Our 2023 Latitude Tournament Boats 25 Competitor is the premier platform for boating and fishing on Florida's gulf coast. The deep-v hull slices through choppy waters while still floating shallow enough to access our back bays, creeks and rivers. We have 2 large coolers for your food and drinks and ample storage for your belongings.

The boat is packed with premier fishing features including a full suite of Simrad Evo3s electronics, Sirius Satellite Weather/Radio, Autopilot, Minn-Kota trolling motor, 2 livewells, giant fishboxes and custom tower. We utilize Shimano Saragossa and Twin Power reels along with JLS Custom Rods.
