Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! We ask that you bring anything you feel necessary to enjoy the desired amount of time at the beach. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Before coming to the beach, it may be required to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the guide. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
If you're interested in a trip, please, do not hesitate to reach out and ask any and all questions you may have. We are more than happy to answer them. We operate with honesty and transparency. Our main goals are to of course catch fish but almost as importantly TO HAVE FUN!
Fishing from the beach has many benefits. My favorite is that there is room for everyone! However, a group exceeding 10 eager fishermen or women can be a lot for one guide to manage. To ensure everyone has the best experience imaginable, a second, or maybe even a third guide may need to be employed depending on the circumstances. Therefore the hourly rate would be raised accordingly to an agreed upon amount prior to the scheduled trip to accommodate the extra help needed. No group is too big or too small don't hesitate to ask. As always, tips are greatly appreciated

We had a group of 10 come to Jacksonville for the Chiefs/Jaguars game and wanted to try something a little different in our free time and found Brandon and Florida Man Surf Fishing. Reached out to Brandon and got the details, etc. Of course we wanted to catch something big, but mostly were looking for action. Messaged with Brandon the week leading up to our trip and got location info, he was very accommodating with scheduling and our Uber delays. He provided an iced down cooler for our the drinks we brought as well as all the gear and necessary bait. Brandon did a great job of educating us and explaining what he was doing and why (our group is a midwest lake and river fishing crew). The waves and the tide made fishing a little difficult, but again Brandon made sure we caught fish during our trip (about 25 total). Everyone had a blast and we would 100% recommend Brandon if you are looking for some beach fishing.

Wecaught a lot of whitinn fish. We also caught a lot of catfish which we threw back. We also caught a stingray. We also threw back. He was very informative gave very clear and concise instructions which adults and kids were able to follow and we had a great experience at the same time. I definetly recommend this fishing adventure and definitely looking forward to doing it again in the future. Thanks again Brando😊

I would recommend this fishing trip! Surf fishing , a lot of room to move around, more chances to hook them! Learned a lot, the crew was very knowledgable. I will be booking another trip in the future! This trip is good for small or large groups. Perfect for kids. Bring your snacks and drinks. The fishing equipment and bait all provided. We caught many fish small to medium. Definetly worth the money

took my younger sons fishing with Brandon, he is an amazing fisherman with vast knowledge and experience. Brandon showed my sons how to fish effectively, with each catch provided details on the fish and its attributes on how to dehook for catch and release. The one's we did keep were excellent and my youngest son is ready to return. Highly recommend fishing with Brandon.

captain brandon put us on a shark in the first 2 hours. he was very informative our entire trip teaching us aboutnthe rigs and all the equipment needed to catch them. he was very friendly. captain showed up early and already had everything set up by time we got on the beach it was an awesome experience and we will definitely be going again
