Make the most of your time in Lapland and discover fishing with Pyhä Safaris. We offer guided fishing experiences and quality equipment for guests who want to explore northern waters in a relaxed, responsible, and authentic way.
Our trips range from calm lake fishing excursions to more active river and fly-fishing experiences, all led by knowledgeable local guides. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced angler, each trip is tailored to the season, conditions, and your interests.
Our guided fishing options include boat fishing, canoe and float tube fishing, as well as guided fly fishing on carefully selected lakes and rivers in the Pyhä–Luosto area. Target species include Northern Pike, European Perch, and Pike Perch (Zander), depending on the time of year and location. Techniques such as spinning, jigging, and local specialty methods are used to maximize your chances of success.
For boat fishing, you’ll head out on one of our well-equipped vessels. Our fleet includes a 15' Pioner bay boat (up to 4 passengers) and a 17' AMT fishing boat, expanding our capacity and flexibility from summer 2026 onwards. Each boat is equipped with the essentials for a comfortable and effective day on the water.
All rods, reels, and a selection of proven lures are provided. The charter also includes the necessary fishing permits for the area; however, please note that in Finland all anglers must pay the personal fisheries management fee separately. Your guide will ensure that all fishing is conducted in accordance with local regulations, including seasonal restrictions and catch limits.
In addition to guided trips, we rent fishing equipment and operate a small outdoor gear store with essentials for fishing, hiking, and biking. This allows you to combine guided experiences with independent exploration or simply get reliable gear and local advice before heading out.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
