Tibbs Fishing Adventures
Chase the fish of a lifetime! From early summer into late fall we run Musky trips in the beautiful St. John valley in the Fort Kent area. It's not uncommon to see fish over 20lbs… the true top predator in all of Maine freshwater fishing.
We target these fish casting, trolling, and on live suckers depending on angler preference and what will be most likely to put the big one in the boat for the days conditions. They are the fish of 10,000 casts so no guarantee of putting a fish to the boat, but we have the right resources and knowledge to put all the odds in your favor to tangle with one of these incredible fish.
Any fish caught on these trips will be released. Other than bait, they'll be fed to the Musky.
Your vessel for the day is a 20' Lund Fisherman 2000 aluminum fishing boat that holds up to 3 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
Don't forget to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
And that's it! Your fishing trip with Tibbs Fishing Adventures is just a click away.
