The fish in these waters include Whiting, Spotted Seatrout, Redfish, Sheepshead, and more. During the trip you might be using light tackle, floats, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Families making of a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites to stay fueled throughout your trip!
Capt. James will bring you aboard a 18' Stratos center console with capacity for 3 passengers. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself. This fishing experience can be an unforgettable adventure for seasoned anglers or someone looking to start a new hobby.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Some essentials to bring are sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is not allowed.

Best fishing experience ever!!!!!
We booked this trip for my birthday and it was absolutely splendid. The captain was ready when we arrived and we started promptly. He showed us a new fishing technique and was extremely knowledgeable. Before we headed to deeper waters to fish the way we were used to using. He provided different baits for each fishing technique we used. I would HIGHLY recommend chartering him for your next fishing trip.

Captain James is a native to these Georgia coastal waters and has fished them since he was 5 years old with his Dad. We caught a ton of fish,Speckled Trout,Sheepshead,Blue fish,Flounder. Cap James also has great recipes for the fish we caught. I highly recommend Captain James if you are looking to catch fish and learn a bit of history of the Georgia Coastal communities.
