Blake Barnett (Captain “Dice”) is a United States Coast Guard licensed maritime captain with over 2 decades of experience on the waterways of Charleston, South Carolina. Insured, and certified in CPR and First Aid, Captain Dice operates with safety at the forefront of his mind. He was raised in Charleston, South Carolina becoming an outdoor enthusiast from a young age, and well-versed in working with all age ranges and experience levels.
