Depending on conditions and time of year, you might hook into Chinook Salmon, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Coho Salmon, Lake Trout. On these trips, you can expect to troll using light tackle.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so notify the captain if children are coming out on the water.

Capt. Jordan runs a 18' Alumacraft aluminum fishing boat with capacity for 3 passengers. It comes with downriggers, rod trees, and all the trolling equipment needed for a productive day on the water.

Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is available online at WI GoWild. To fish Lake Michigan you need a general fishing license as well as a Great Lakes Stamp.

It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

This is a charter for Lake Michigan. Much like the ocean, wind greatly affects the fishability of the lake. For safety reasons, if the waves are forecasted too large for the charter date, be advised rescheduling may be required. Often forecasting models can accurately let us know how fishable the lake will be 3-5 days in advance.
