Capt. Jordan runs a 18' Alumacraft aluminum fishing boat with capacity for 3 passengers. It comes with downriggers, rod trees, and all the trolling equipment needed for a productive day on the water.
Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is available online at WI GoWild. To fish Lake Michigan you need a general fishing license as well as a Great Lakes Stamp.
It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
This is a charter for Lake Michigan. Much like the ocean, wind greatly affects the fishability of the lake. For safety reasons, if the waves are forecasted too large for the charter date, be advised rescheduling may be required. Often forecasting models can accurately let us know how fishable the lake will be 3-5 days in advance.

I wanted to surprise my fiancé for his birthday with a fishing trip and CNR Charters could not have been more perfect. I myself have never been fishing on Lake Michigan and that's why it was perfect going with Jordan. We loved how it was just us on the boat and how he explained everything so well. We ended up landing 10 fish, 5 each, and maxing out with 1 hour left! Couldn't ask for a better experience and recommend this to anyone looking to do some great lakes fishing.

My girlfriend and I had an awesome trip. We were on 2 person charter, and honestly it made the experience even better than some of the larger charter boats. It felt much more personal, and there was plenty of room to fish comfortably. Our Captain Jordan was genuinely one of the nicest and most down to earth people we’ve met. You’ll be able to tell right away he cares. He made sure we had a fun time and taught us quite a bit, wasnt worried about soley just putting fish in the boat (which he still got alot of fish in the boat regardless lol) He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked hard the entire trip to keep us on fish. We ended up landing an 18.5 lb King Salmon, a nice Lake Trout, and of plenty Coho. If you’re looking for a fun, laid back, and geniune Lake Michigan fishing experience with a captain who truly enjoys what he does, I highly recommend booking with Jordan, We’ll definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We wanted to catch fish and he did NOT disappoint. Captain Jordan was experienced to say the least. We had sooo much fun, caught sooo many fish and the music was great! He was friendly, explained everything on the boat and what to do. He made scooping up the salmon out of the water look so easy! Impressed, period……10 out of 10 service and have already recommended.
It was a great trip. Had lots of cancellations with other charters and he got us in last minute. Water was perfect, Captain Jordan got us on some fish and explained everything well and patient with my son and I. We had a great haul and he was effecient with the cleaning afterwards. If we make it back to Milwaukee, we will definitely book with him again.
We caught salmon we were not expecting to catch. Very happy with our catch. Captain did a terrific job. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again with Captain Jordan.
