Spend the day with Tangled Webb Charters and let them show you what makes the fishing in Brick Township so memorable! Your guide for the day is Captain Ryan, which means you'll tap into years of professional experience.

Species like Flounder, Crab, Striped Bass, Bluefish, Clam, Black Seabass, and more are in the cards, depending on conditions. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light tackle. Capt. Capt. Ryan also offers fly fishing.

If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea to stay fueled throughout your trip!

You'll be dropping lines from a 25' Parker pilothouse that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.

Before coming aboard, it will be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Excellent Experience
4 Hour Trip – Bay/River Weekday on June 30, 20252 adults1 child

I went out with captain ryan with my 6 year old and my wife. Both have never been on the water, which was a source of some anxiety booking a fishing trip. Captain Ryan was very accommodating and easy going. The trip itself was in the bay and inlet areas which was perfect for breaking in my family to being on a boat. We all caught multiple flounder, and Ryan was attentive and very patient with my son. We couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable experience. We will definitely be booking again if we are in the area.

Wonderful fishing experience
4 Hour Trip – Bay/River Weekend on July 18, 20254 adults2 children

Captain was able to put my family on fish immediately. He was wonderful in setting up the lines, keeping them in the water and getting fish on the boat. I would highly recommend this charter.
