Majestic Michigan Charters – Brethren

Around here the fishing is popular for Salmon, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Brown Trout, Northern Pike, and more, depending on the time of year.

Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Josh also offers fly fishing. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.

Your vessel for the day is a 16' Smoker Craft drift boat with room for 2 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is available.

Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

A few items to bring include a hat, polarized sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray).
