Depending on the season, you might hook into Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod, Rockfish, Albacore Tuna, and who knows what else! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Don't forget to bring snacks to keep their stamina going!
You'll find yourself aboard a 23' Hewescraft with capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

8 Hour Trip – Ocean Salmon
Great Captain
We got a late start to our day because the bar was very rough. We finally got out and Justin got us onto the fish immediately. He was very patient with me as I don’t fish for salmon that often so that made it a pleasure to fish with him. His provided gear was good and in good working condition. I have been on many fishing boats, but my experience with shakenbake was one of the very best. Justin has a solid understanding of customer service and patience with anglers that aren’t as experienced as others. I would highly recommend going out with Justin if you are looking to catch limits and experience a personalized fishing experience. I will definitely be going out with Justin and ShakenBake again. This one of my most pleasant experiences with a charter.

We got a late start to our day because the bar was very rough. We finally got out and Justin got us onto the fish immediately.
