Knot Content Sportfishing is here to allow you to experience the waters of the Treasure Coast firsthand. With Capt. Griffin at the helm, you'll benefit from two generations of local knowledge and dedicated experience on the water.
These waters are renowned for Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Cobia, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Cubera Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Permit, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself! Capt. Griffin White takes pride in only targeting trophy-sized species preferred by customers. "Quality Over Quantity!" On these trips, you can expect to drift using light or heavy tackle.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Child-sized life vests are available, but feel free to reach out with any other questions regarding them. Bring your own preferred snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach! Of course, cold water will always be provided, and alcohol is permitted.
Capt. Griffin is locally known for trophy Snook and Tarpon.
Your day begins aboard a 24' Jones Brothers Cape Fisherman center console that can carry up to 4 passengers, including all the essentials.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you (lures/fly fishing tackle available upon request). Live bait is typically on hand upon arrival, but checking with the captain before arrival is highly encouraged for tide/timing and best bite windows.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up and prepare for a good time on the water!
**Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.**
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat.

Full Day Trip – Trophy Snook on May 10, 2025
What a breath of fresh air this trip was! It’s apparent Capt Griffin understands the nuances of the treasure coast fishery. He cares about not only putting his clients on fish but breaking down the importance of proper presentation, boat positioning and fish care. When I got to the boat and saw the plethora of baits and organized boat I knew it would be a fun evening. I’ve been on plenty of trips that didn’t have the value of this one, so much so that I booked another trip with Knot Content a week later. I caught fish, learned, and had an excellent time from start to finish. He wants to teach you the right way and takes the time to do so. If you want an exciting experience that stands out from the average charter business, I really do highly recommend Knot Content Sportfishing and can’t wait to get back to try their other trips. There are few charters I would consider taking out again besides Capt Griffin ! Thanks what a blast!!

I can't recommend Griffin enough if you're looking for a knowledgeable, hard-working, and genuinely fun fishing guide out of Fort Pierce. Despite his young age, he’s already a total pro on the water. Griffin knows the area inside and out, and he put us on fish quickly—no wasted time. He was super patient, great at explaining techniques, and his passion for fishing is infectious.
Whether you're an experienced angler or just getting started, you'll have a great time with Griffin. He’s all about making sure his guests have a successful and memorable trip. Already looking forward to booking with him again next time I’m in Florida!

Night Trip
Half Day Trip on April 8, 2025
I recently moved from Long Island to Stuart and wanted to learn how to fish the Florida waterways. My friend and i booked a trip with Griffin. When i first met Griffin i told him i was new to fishing in Florida but have been a lifelong fisherman and Griffin was a HUGE help with showing me all of his. I also told Griffin a Goliath grouper was one of my bucket list fish and boy did Griffin deliver. We were having a great time lots of snook my friend and i both went home with keepers. Then out of nowhere one of my dream fish hit my line what a fight. Thanks to Griffins great Capt skills i was able to bring the Goliath Grouper up. Best fishing trip of my life UNTILLLLLLLL the next charter that we went out on with Griffin. We were catching tons of SNOOK and TARPON. THATS WHEN IT HAPPEND. My line went tight, and it was a hell of a fight another fish of a lifetime thanks to Capt. Griffin. I pulled up a MONSTER 41" SNOOK. YET ANOTHER TRIP OF A LIFETIME FOR ME. As usual Capt. Griffin delivered.
I 100% RECOMEND IF YOU WANT A GREAT FISHING TRIP CAPT. GRIFFIN IS YOUR MAN

Full Day Trip on March 30, 2025
My husband and I booked a trip with Griffin to celebrate our anniversary. Griffin talked to us on the phone in great detail to really customize our trip to be what we wanted before hand. I am 50 years old and he treated me like a queen. He brought cold drinks and a bean bag chair to rest in. We caught lots of mahi-mahi that Capt Griffin cleaned for us for no extra charge and we went shark fishing. I had a blast and so did my husband. Dolphin and sea turtles visited the boat throughout the trip. I will be doing this again! Thank you a Captain Griffin White you provided a safe fun adventure.
