Findiction Charters is owned and operated by Captain Michael Avinon, a fifth generation Floridian who began his career in the Florida Keys as a first mate, and then as a captain.

Over the years he’s won numerous tournaments and also holds six world records that are still unbroken.Gaining popularity in Florida as a captain has led him to appear in multiple television shows, including Captains Tales, Sportsman Adventures with Capt.Rick Murphy, Real Animals with Capt.Mike Anderson and most recently with Capt. Blair Wiggins.He has also made multiple appearances on Florida Insider Fishing Report as well.

Captain Michael believes the key to a successful fishing charter is having a patient, knowledgeable fishing guide who not only puts you on the fish, but teaches you how to fish.
