Lyons Charters invites you to experience the stunning waters and scenery of the Manatee River. Your guide for the day is Captain Mark, allowing you to benefit from years of sportfishing experience.
Catfish, Blacktip Shark, Bull Shark, Bonnethead Shark, Hammerhead Shark, Nurse Shark, Spotted Seatrout, and more are in the cards if conditions are right. For these species, you're likely to jig using light tackle or natural baits using heavy tackle.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Your day begins aboard a 26' Wellcraft center console with room for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a camping style porta-potty toilet on board if needed. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures and bait.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

He's run charters in the Bahamas, Mexico, and the Tampa Bay area where he currently owns and operates Lyons Charter. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Transfer to/from departure site is not included in trip rates.

No additional fees.
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
