Captain Dave has been fishing the waters of Southwest Florida since he was just six years old. With a deep passion for the sport and a vast knowledge of the region's environment and wildlife, he's dedicated to sharing the beauty of Florida's waters with others. Whether you're an experienced angler or a first-time fisherman, Captain Dave's expertise ensures an unforgettable experience on the water.
Captain Dave operates a 23' Hanson center console, ready to take you on an exciting journey through Southwest Florida's pristine waters. Whether you're looking to fish, go shelling, or simply explore the breathtaking scenery, Captain Dave is eager to help you plan a day you'll never forget. Kids are absolutely welcome!
The charter boat covers your fishing license, rods, reels, tackle and fish cooler. Captain will fillet fish upon completion of charter.
A few items to bring include sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. Captain Dave provides ice, water and extra cooler space for food & drinks. Alcohol is allowed.
Pickup location is subject to change depending on the type of charter or customer needs. Captain Dave is able to pickup from many different locations to include Boca Grande, Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, Matlacha, Fort Myers Beach, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral and Punta Gorda.

Amazing family trip today
4 Hour Trip – Inshore Fishing (PM) on April 2, 2026 • 2 adults • 2 children
Went out for an afternoon trip with the wife and kids today and Capt. Dave and us both knew there was weather coming but decided to give it a go anyway and boy what an awesome trip we had. Lots of snook a redfish and trout also. Both our boys had a blast and caught non stop and Capt Dave was very patient and educational with them. Would highly recommend and next time we come down will definitely be booking with him again.

We had the unbelievable pleasure to fish with Captain David on 31 March! It was non stop excitement for our group of 4. The boat was a perfect platform for our onshore trip. Our Captain was everything that we could ask for for our trip!Punctual, prepared, informative, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about this wonderful fishery! My crew is really looking forward to a return trip!

We had a great trip and caught a bunch of snook and trout!! He works hard to make sure you find the fish willing to bite even when the weather isn't perfect. Very knowledgeable captain and great for all skill levels. Would highly recommend you book a trip with Captain Dave, you wont be dissapointed!!

Bad Weather, Great Experience
6 Hour Trip – Inshore Fishing (AM) on March 17, 2026 • 5 adults
Weather was in the low 60’s, but Captain Dave came through! He did a great job of keeping everyone’s spirits up and got us on fish right away. Caught 10 different species, over 30 total and everyone had a great time. Can’t wait to come back when we have some better weather.
