If you're in the market for a day to remember, look no further than Smok’n Reelz Charters.

These waters are known for Amberjack, Cobia, Gag Grouper, Red Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Swordfish, Bigeye Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Gray Triggerfish, Blue Marlin, and more – with any luck, they'll make your reel scream.

On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using heavy tackle.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!

You'll be dropping lines from a 38' Fountain center console with capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Cody will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 20% tip which includes your fish cleaning.

There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Don't leave home without sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
