Capt. Huff’s Fishing Charters is your ticket to the stunning waters in and around Shellman Bluff.
These waters are known for Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Red Snapper, Barracuda, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time. On these trips, you can expect to using light tackle.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests. Also remember to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
Your excursion begins aboard a 21' Carolina Skiff with room for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as live bait and lures.
You will not need a fishing license as that is provided through the captain.
A few items to bring include bottled water, drinks, snacks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray).

Captain Huff was Awesome!! We wanted to catch fish and that's exactly what we did, and some. He knew where the fish were biting and where different types of fisf were. We caught fish throughout the entire trip and had so much fun. I lived how accommodating he was especially with my mom who's 79 years old but gets around really well. About 1 hour into the trip he was calling all four of us by name. That meant a lot to me. We've done several charters before, but Captain Huff is going to be our first repeat. We will see you in October for our birthday fishing trip. This trip was Awesome!!

Captain Huff was fantastic! He’s a really nice guy and we appreciated his great attitude and positive outlook on everything!!! He knew exactly what he was doing and knew exactly where the fish were! It didn’t take long and everyone on the boat had caught some of the best fish they had ever seen! We had an amazing time and would recommend him to anyone!! A couple of other boats were in the same area and they were saying they hadn’t caught much at all and our cooler was LOADED with fish!! We appreciate you Captain Huff! 🙏

We had a fantastic time fishing with Captain Huff! My kids (ages 7 and 9) absolutely loved the experience. Captain Huff was incredibly patient, safety-focused, and great with children. He took the time to teach them about different fish species, bait types, and fishing techniques. The highlight of the trip was when my son reeled in a shark with Captain Huff’s help—an unforgettable moment! He was attentive and accommodating throughout, and my kids are already asking when we can go back. Highly recommend for families with young kids!

Fishing with Capt. Huff (Andrew) was an excellent experience. He was respectful, mild-mannered, hardworking, and persistent. Even with tough conditions—high winds and flood tides—he kept us on the fish, and we still ended up with a cooler full. Highly recommend!
