Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available. Don't forget to bring snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

Your excursion begins aboard a 30 foot Kingfisher Coastal Express pilothouse with capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers, and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. A tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
