Our primary target will be Tarpon, but we can also find Snook and Mangrove Snapper on the dock lights. The best Tarpon fishing is tide specific - if you have a flexible schedule, contact Captain Jeff before booking to determine the best days. Actual time of departure will be determined by the tides, but will generally be around sunset or shortly after.
Your trip begins aboard a 18' Cayo 180 flats boat with capacity for 2 passengers. It has all the essentials. Capt. Jeff will provide all the equipment you need. But, if you have a favorite rod you'd like to use, you're welcome to bring your own gear too. Please coordinate with Captain Jeff ahead of time so he can make sure you have the setup you'll need.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for some fishing! We practice catch and release.
We recommend bringing a sweatshirt or jacket, especially during the winter months. It can get chilly at night on the water, especially when running at speed.
Captain Jeff will provide a cooler with ice and some water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but no hard liquor or glass bottles are allowed. Bring any food you'd like.

All trips leave at or after sunset and are perfect for an after-work getaway or simply beating the heat of the Miami sun. The best tarpon fishing is tide specific, so be sure to contact Captain Jeff before booking if you want a heavy focus on tarpon. Otherwise, there will always be a mix of snapper, snook, and some tarpon on the dock lights.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
