There's a fish with your name on it on the Kalamazoo River and RB Sport Fishing will help you catch it!
Come fish one of Michigan's most underrated rivers. Summer Steelhead (Skamania strain) in July and August, Cohos and Kings show up in September, followed by another great Steelhead run that stays all winter long. Smallmouth Bass fishing is great all summer and fall. On these trips, you can expect to jig using light tackle. Capt. Leonard also offers fly fishing.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can't go wrong with snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
You'll step aboard a 18' Alumacraft aluminum fishing boat with room for 2 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's never a bad idea to bring sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Your trip with RB Sport Fishing is just a click away, so why not make it happen?

We went out on the Kalamazoo River April 3rd for steelhead. The weather has been terrible the past week, constant high winds, rain, and cold front after cold front, but despite the high cold the Captain found us fish. We look foward to coming back later this year to chase some kings.

Thanks again Curt, i had a great time with you and Hank. The smile on that little guys face says it all! Glad you enjoyed the trip.
Leonard was phenomenal and knew the river very well the trip was a blast from the very beginning until the end. He knows how to caught fish! Highly recommend him.

Thanks again, I had a great time fishing with you!
Captain Lenny has been fishing for over 50 years, for anything from Bluegill to King Salmon. Watching little kid's and first time anglers catch fish, (and seasoned Anglers!) the excitement they show is what keeps him going. Come along on the boat and have fun!
