Your trip takes place aboard a 19' Smokercraft aluminum boat powered by a 150 HP Evinrude jet engine, cruising at up to 35 knots. Outfitted with GPS, fish finders, and a trolling motor, it's designed for comfort, efficiency, and success—ideal for up to two anglers.
Throughout the year, Sweet T Sportfishing targets Michigan's most exciting species, including Steelhead (Rainbow Trout), Coho Salmon, and Chinook (King) Salmon. Captain Kevin specializes in river Steelhead trips, choosing the best fishing spots based on current conditions and fish activity. Convenient meeting locations are available on both the Kalamazoo and St. Joseph Rivers.
In early spring (starting in March), the action shifts to Lake Michigan for Coho Salmon, where Captain Kevin trolls near the beaches for some of the tastiest fish in the Great Lakes—a fast-paced, light-tackle favorite!
All gear is provided—rods, reels, tackle, and lures—and your catch is cleaned and filleted at no extra cost. Just bring your fishing license, plus snacks and drinks, and get ready for a great day on the water.

if i could give more than 5 stars i would captin kevin is a really awsome guy easy to get along with, and he knew how to land us on fish, hes very knowledgeable, even if we didnt catch any fish he made the trip very enjoyable for me and my dad. i will definitely be using him again next yr

Kevin is one of the most squared away guides whom I ever met. His boat and equipment are absolutely top notch. He is highly skilled and knows the fish and the river. He is kind and works to make your trip productive and enjoyable. I will fish with him whenever I have the opportunity.

In spite of the rain and a relatively slow bite, captain Kevin was able to put us on fish. My son landed his first king salmon. I landed my first steelhead. Many thanks to captain Kevin!!!
