Capitán killer 

If you're going to cast a line in Puerto Aventuras, look no further than Capitán killer. Captain killer will be your guide, so you'll benefit from years of professional experience.

These waters are known for Amberjack, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), White Marlin, Blue Marlin, Pompano, Sailfish, Mutton Snapper, Blue Shark, Short-Tail Red Snapper (Ehu), Red Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Shortbill Spearfish, and more – with any luck, you'll have tight lines in no time.

On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish. Capt. killer can also have you Flounder gigging. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing and bowfishing.

You'll be welcome aboard a 32' Sportfishing with room for 8 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible.

You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

It's always wise to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
