Marsh Tide Charters is a locally owned and operated inshore fishing charter based in Darien, Georgia, specializing in unforgettable fishing adventures through the rich coastal waters and scenic marshes of the Golden Isles.
Led by Captain Christopher Hutcheson (Capt. Hutch), a licensed and experienced local guide, we offer 4, 6, and 8-hour trips targeting prized species like Redfish and Speckled Sea Trout.
Whether you’re a seasoned angler or a first-time fisherman, our charter is built around providing a safe, exciting, and family-friendly experience. Each trip is tailored to your goals and guided with local knowledge and passion for the unique ecosystem that surrounds Sapelo Island and the Georgia coast.
We proudly operate as a fully licensed LLC, and we accept both cash and online payments for your convenience. Fishing license are covered for all Georgia residents.

Had an incredible experience on the fish charter with Captain Chris! From the moment we set out, his professionalism, expertise, and friendly attitude made the trip truly memorable. Captain Chris was very knowledgeable about the best spots to fish and showed great patience and dedication in ensuring everyone had a fantastic time. The safety precautions and attention to detail made us feel relaxed and confident throughout the journey. We caught some amazing fish and created lasting memories, all thanks to his skillful guidance. Captain Chris gave me one of the best fishing trips I’ve ever had. He knows the area like the back of his hand, put us on plenty of fish, and made the whole trip relaxed and fun.
