Come enjoy the peacefulness aboard our brand new 20' Custom Flounder boat built for your comfort. Once you arrive at our well lite secure facility you will park next to clean restrooms with the confidence your vehicle and belongings will be safe and secure while you are enjoying your trip on the water.
Your trip begins aboard Mojo, our custom boat equipped with a Honda Air motor, powered by a Yamaha 150 VMax and 10 Jerry's LED lights. This custom boat can carry up to 6 passengers comfortably. It comes with everything you need for a productive trip on the water including comfortable seats, bean bag chairs upon request, Pro seats on the front and blue tooth.
Your captain will provide gigs, a fishing bow, walking light and gig if you want to get out of the boat, bug spray, ice and water. You will also be provided rod and reels. Should we limit out early or the opportunity presents itself you can try your luck night fishing for Trout and Redfish.
Flounder is the fish of choice. Best eating fish in the bay. We will be sure to send you home with some fillets or whole for stuffing. You may also gig or shoot with a bow legal sized Black Drum, Sheepshead, Rays and Gar.
Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect. Your guide will observe all bag limits and size restrictions according to TPWD rules and regulations.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids and pets are welcome aboard! We also offer a 10% discount for veterans and a 25% discount for active duty, so make sure to ask your captain about it.

Captian Tim is amazing! He had a ton of patience showing out kids how to gig. Due to the previois says rain a d wind, the waters were a bit cloudy but we still found some flounder. We went to several locations throughout the trip, but Tim never gave up looking for the best spot on our trip. First class experience! The boat is clean and spacious. Capt. Tim provides all of the gigging equipment and cleans/filets/bags the fish at the end of the trip. We will definitely book with Capt. Tim again in the future.

I had an awesome experience fishing and gigging with Captain Tim Woernley in Galveston Bay. Captain Tim’s decades of local experience really show… He put us on fish quickly even when conditions weren’t perfect and made sure everyone had a great time. His 20’ custom boat is well-equipped and comfortable, and he’s flexible with trip timing and approach to make the most of your day on the water. Whether you’re targeting schooling reds in the flats or hunting flounder at night, Tim’s patient, instructional style and deep knowledge of the bay make this a trip I’d happily book again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to catch redfish or try flounder gigging around Galveston.

we had a fantastic time on this trip. Captain Tim worked nonstop to put us on the flounder. The wind wasn’t making it easy, but Captain Tim had multiple places to take us that were shielded from the wind. This trip was the highlight of our vacation and we will be back!

I wasn’t sure what to expect floundering in Galveston but the experience was great. Tim the Captain and the deckhand were awesome. They did they’re best to find the flounder. If you book the 8 hour trip be prepared to go the distance, if need be, to get your fish. Would definitely book again to try some rod and reel fishing.
