Ready to go fishing in Port O'Connor? 4E Outfitters is your ticket! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Andy is prepared to put you on fish.
Fishing around here will often see you targeting Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Lane Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Red Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, and more, depending on conditions. You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll step aboard a 31' Fountain center console with room for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Rods and reels are included, ask the captain about bringing your own if you have something you would like to use. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.
You need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now, come aboard with 4E Outfitters and get hooked!
