Book your next trip with Oasis Alaska Charters and find out what the fishing in Ketchikan is all about. We have been running multi boat charters for 15 years, and you will fish with one of our Captains at the helm, who are all knowledgeable and experienced guides.
Species like Chinook Salmon, Chum Salmon, Coho Salmon, Pink Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod, Cod, Black Seabass, and more can be found in these waters, depending on when you go. On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Trips with Oasis Alaska Charters are great for kids, so get 'em offline and onto the water! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. You're welcome to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!
Your boat for the day is a 33' ACB sportfishing vessel that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers, and all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you.
You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Fish Processing is handled at the dock we depart from and will start the process after we take photos of our catch so you guys are hands free and ready to continue about your trip knowing your fish is in good care and will be shipped to any desired locations on a date that works with your return home.
Don't leave home without sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.

JoAnn and Drew are both awesome. We shipped home more fish than I know what to do with! Time was limited due to cruise schedule, but Drew maximized our time and kept us on the bite the whole time-thanks so much for a memorable charter!

Coming in on the Norwegian, we booked this trip not really knowing if we had any chance at all to catch hallibut. Our guys had us on the right spot and we caught our limit in no time leaving us time to do a litte trolling. They also ensured we made it back to our ship without any problems. My husband and boys thoroughly enjoyed the morning. Thanks for an amazing trip!
