Spend the day with Shark Beach and get hooked on fishing in Holmes Beach! Captain Solomon will be your guide, which allows you to benefit from their angling experience.

There's no guarantee when you're fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Blacktip Shark, Tiger Shark, Bull Shark, Lemon Shark, Hammerhead Shark, Gummy Shark, Nurse Shark, and more, depending on conditions.

You can expect to do some fishing with heavy tackle, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Shark Beach is a kid-friendly charter service, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks!

You'll be casting lines from a 30' Kayak with space for 12 passengers. It has a fighting chair, all the essentials.

Rods and reels are not included, so ask the captain about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't forget to bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.
