Spend the day with Northern Approach Guide Service and see what's biting in Orland! With Maine Guide Elias Allen, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide chasing fish!

Top targets include Salmon, Lake trout, Brook Trout Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Crappie, Chain Pickerel, White Perch, Yellow Perch, and more, depending on the season. On these trips, you can expect to have 4 full hours of fishing experience on a Smokercraft Osprey DLX, great for trolling and casting.

You can bring home some of the fish you catch within size and bag limits.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout your trip!

You may bring your own fishing poles, but that is not needed as our guide provides All Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's always wise to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Your trip with Northern Approach Guide Service is just a click away, so why not make it happen?
