You're likely to go after Great Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Cubera Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Blackfin Tuna, Red Grouper, Wahoo, Black Grouper, Amberjack, Goliath Grouper, Mutton Snapper, Cero Mackerel, and more if you cast your line at the right time of year. On the day of your trip you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light tackle.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites!
You'll be dropping lines from a 39' Invincible center console with space for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. James has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's always wise to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and your sense of adventure. There will be plenty of waters to drink and cooler space for any drinks you want to bring. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Growing up, I spent countless days on the water with my family, and that's where my dream of becoming a charter captain began. After high school, I moved down to Key West to chase that dream and turn my passion into a career. I also graduated from the College of the Florida Keys with a four-year business degree, combining my love for the sea with the knowledge to run a successful charter operation.

How cancellations work
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
