Clearcut Fishing Charters

27267 Perdido Beach Boulevard
Orange Beach AL, United States

Clearcut Fishing Charters are based out of Orange Beach, Alabama and offer a variety of nearshore, offshore, reef and wreck fishing trips. The ‘Clearcut’ is a fun and professional fishing vessel, and its captain and crew love to fish and always want to have fun doing it. There is nothing like being offshore enjoying a day of fishing and forgetting about the work week!

The newly restored Clearcut is a 44’ Gillman sport fisherman, as well as a tournament fishing boat that has caught several Blue Marlin in the past. It can reach top speeds of up to 22 knots with its twin 900HP Cummins engines, and comes equipped with a full set of navigational equipment to find the fishing action in no time. The boat features a large deck with plenty of space for up to six anglers to get comfortable, as well as a covered flybridge, fighting chair, outriggers, live bait tank, ice-box to keep your catch fresh, and a Sirius satellite radio to make the day even more exciting and fun. The vessel is well suited for longer trips as its cabin and galley are fitted with a toilet, shower, kitchen with fridge, and enough beds to sleep six guests. This is a very family friendly boat, and is also wheelchair accessible.

The Clearcut crew specialize in a range of techniques such as fishing with light and heavy tackle, trolling, bottom fishing, and even kite fishing. They offer short 4-hour trolling trips, longer day trips, as well as overnight trips targeting a range of species including Red Snapper, Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Triggerfish, King and Spanish Mackerel, Grouper, Amberjack, Bonita, Cobia, and others. Trips include rods, reels and terminal tackle, live bait, lures, and fishing licenses. Please note that prices do not include tips, and all trips require a 20% tip to the mate, plus .30 whole weight charge for fish cleaning.
