Make the most of your time in Gibraltar and go fishing with Challenger. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Anthony knows them forwards and back.
Little Tunny (False Albacore), Gilt-head (Seabream), Conger Eel, Skipjack, Dentex, Bluefin Tuna, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Amberjack, Red Snapper, Squid, European Seabass, Albacore Tuna, and more could be biting if you cast your line at the right time of year.
You can expect to do some spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Your trip begins aboard a 30' Cruiser that can carry up to 5 passengers. It has a fighting chair, everything you need for a productive day on the water.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's never a bad idea to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.
Now, come aboard with Challenger and get hooked!
