If fishing in Key Largo is on your bucket list, look no further than Lifeline Charters. With Captain David at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Tarpon, Redfish, Jack Crevalle, Permit, Speckled Trout, Snook, Goliath Grouper, and who knows what else!
During the trip you might be spinning, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. David also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
You'll be welcome aboard a 17' Skiff that holds up to 2 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Rods and reels are not supplied for you, so ask the captain about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well.
You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's always wise to bring sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
