Book your next trip with Kenai Methods Guide Service and find out what makes the Kenai Peninsula Alaska's best road-accessible fishing destination. You'll be guided by a lifelong Alaskan who's been fishing these waters for over 30 years.
Join Capt Brandon Ring on the famous Kenai River, or the scenic Kasilof River just down the road for Chinook (King) Salmon, Coho (Silver) Salmon, Sockeye (Red) Salmon, Pink Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden, Char. All can all be found in these rivers, depending on the time of year. Feel free to call regarding run timing and conditions for the time of year you are planning on fishing.
We use a variety of tactics to pursue these fish, including fly fishing, spinning tackle, and back trolling gear. No experience is necessary, this is the perfect fishery to learn on! We supply high-end rods, reels, gear/tackle, bait (depending on target species and regs) and waders.
Fishing is fun for all ages, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, please advise children's age/size so we can make sure the appropriate size life vests are ready.
We operate a custom built 20' Aluminum power boat made by Willie Boats with capacity of 4-5 (depending on seasonal regulations) passengers on the Kenai. We also operate a 20' Aluminum Willie drift boat (4 passengers) on the Kasilof River. Power boat-Wheelchair accessible, please advise ahead of time if this accommodation is needed.
Before your trip, you will need to buy an Alaska fishing license for everyone in your group, as well as a King stamp (only required for king trips). You can purchase them online at the Alaska Dept. of Fish and Game website, or any local sporting goods store, most grocery stores, and convenience stores.
Please bring rain gear, warm layers as needed, sunglasses, sunscreen (no spray) if needed, snacks, water, and drink of choice. Alcohol is ok.
See you on the water!

We had a wonderful day with Brandon out on the river. He is a local that knows the good spots. Our teen boys had a great day fishing for trout. Brandon was very patient and a great teacher. The boys learned so much today. Perfect way to end our trip.
Brandon had us on fish right away and got all of us our limits. We all had a blast catching fish

Brandon is a excellent guide. he did everything he could to find us fish. We did catch salmon. But the numbers just were not in the river yet. But the guide can’t make the fish appear
