These waters are known for Speckled Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, Flounder, Tripletail, Weakfish, Whiting, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll be casting lines from a 24' Ranger center console that can carry up to 5 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don't leave home without sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
