Westport has a fish waiting for you—come find it with Halibut & Bottom Fish Charter and Capt. Cary.
Run offshore into deep Pacific waters where the real action happens. You’ll drop lines for halibut, lingcod, and rockfish—powerful fish that hit hard and fight all the way up. When someone hooks up, it’s all hands on deck. Expect bent rods, quick moves, and plenty of excitement.
This is a hands-on trip designed to keep everyone involved. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve fished before, you’ll get clear guidance and real time on the rod. Guests must be 12 or older, making it a great fit for families with older kids, friends, or small groups looking for an active day on the ocean.
You’ll fish from a 32’ Allied aluminum boat with space for six passengers. It’s built for comfort and performance, with quality gear, downriggers, and an onboard bathroom. Everything you need is provided—just show up ready to fish.
Capt. Cary and his First Mate keep things running smoothly and help you land fish from start to finish. Mates work for tips, and 10–20% is standard.
Before your trip, make sure everyone has a valid Washington fishing license. Some species may have seasonal rules or tag requirements, so plan ahead.
Bring layers, sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and bottled water. Pack snacks and drinks for the day. Alcohol is allowed in moderation—no hard liquor or glass bottles.
This is not a slow day on the water. It’s deep drops, strong fish, and a cooler you’ll be glad you brought.
